EVRYbook

Privacy policy

Draft

This is draft text. It is not our final privacy policy and it may change before EVRYbook launches.

EVRYbook helps families find, book, and share activities, and helps providers and coaches run them. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

  • Account details, such as your name, email address, and password, or the details your Google or Microsoft account shares when you sign in with it.
  • Family details, such as your children’s names and ages, so you can book activities for them.
  • Bookings and payments. Our payment processor handles your card details. We do not store your full card number.
  • Messages, reviews, and photos that you send or post on EVRYbook.
  • Provider details, such as business information, tax ID, and identity documents, when you apply to list activities. We store tax IDs encrypted.

Information we collect when you use EVRYbook

  • Basic device and log information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
  • Location information that you enter, such as a city or postcode, to show activities near you.
  • Notification preferences and the times you choose for them.

How we use your information

  • To run your account and your bookings.
  • To take payments and pay providers.
  • To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and messages you ask for.
  • To show activities that match your family.
  • To keep EVRYbook safe and to prevent fraud.
  • To improve EVRYbook.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s information

A parent or guardian creates and controls each child’s profile. Another family sees your child only through an EVRYbook that you choose to share with them. A provider or coach sees the details they need to run an activity that you booked.

Calendar connections

A coach can connect a Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar. When they do, EVRYbook reads only when they are busy, not what their events are, so it can block those times. EVRYbook also creates a separate “EVRYbook” calendar in their account and adds their EVRYbook sessions to it. We use data from Google APIs only to provide this feature, and we do not use it for advertising. A coach can disconnect a calendar at any time.

Who we share information with

  • Providers and coaches whose activities you book.
  • People you share with, such as family members and friends you invite to an EVRYbook.
  • Service providers that help us run EVRYbook, such as payment processing, email delivery, file storage, and AI features. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Legal reasons, when the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is open. We keep some records longer when the law requires it, such as payment records.

Your choices

  • You can view and change your profile details in your account.
  • You can change which notifications you receive.
  • You can choose whether to share your bookings.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and data. See user data deletion.

Security

We use encryption and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
